<p>The role of the Senior Field Merchandise Coordinator is to provide service and sales support within their provided rotation through implementing goals, objectives and relationships while also increasing sales and corporate visibility of the TH brand. In addition, support the efforts of the Regional Manager(s), District Manager(s), Director, and SVP of Sales by providing in-the-field support via training and development for the field team and account(s) serviced.</p><p></p><p><b><span class="emphasis-3">Responsibilities:</span></b></p><p><u>Sales Strategies 20 %</u></p><ul><li>Drive Sales to Maximize TH Businesses</li><li>Goal to achieve / exceed TH provided sales plans weekly, monthly, seasonally</li><li>Review sales data weekly, monthly, seasonally to determine door and product performance, through the understanding of retail math terminology</li><li>Maintain a clear understanding of the financial goals and product initiatives for covered TH brands</li><li>Work with direct manager to develop business driving strategies through in store sales contests, creative merchandising, etc.</li><li>Assist in calling out noticed challenges and opportunities</li><li>Assist customers within Tommy Hilfiger Shop</li></ul><p><u>Merchandising / Store Presentation 40%</u></p><ul><li>Visit key stores as directed within rotation ensuring visit requirements are met based on corporate initiatives</li><li>Merchandise product to ensure optimum merchandising and presentation on sales floor, and maintain Brand visual standards with the use of tools provided by corporate management</li><li>Ensure that all styles are out on the floor, and larger programs are in a frontal location per the store zone-a-gram</li><li>Through working with direct manager, negotiate / secure key floor placement, signage and visual enhancements</li><li>Partner with the store management to make sure all current markdowns are set and signed properly</li><li>Be aware of in store sales events and promotional pricing for event</li></ul><p><u>Communication / Feedback 25%</u></p><ul><li>Provide feedback to direct manager weekly on the following:<ul><li>Style selling summary on product sales performance</li><li>Size outs, customer requests, competition, and product quality</li><li>Success of product locations on floor</li><li>Stock issues</li><li>Loss of space, or any shop moves</li><li>Any unforeseen opportunities or misses</li></ul></li><li>Partner with Store Management and direct manager to capitalize on successes and resolve outstanding issues</li><li>Provide photos of new deliveries, sale events, new product launches with weekly reports for each store visited</li><li>Provide monthly schedule to direct manager</li></ul><p><u>Training and Development/Relationship Building 20%</u></p><ul><li>Train and develop the Field Merchandising team by using tools and directives from direct manager, director, SVP of Sales, and Creative Service Team</li><li>Create & Develop new tools for the field team to be used on a monthly, seasonal, or yearly basis</li><li>Develop partnership with store management and sales associates. Consistently relay new product information and features</li><li>Work with direct manager, sales team(s) and Field Merchandisers to conduct in-store seminars within rotation, district, and region for on-going training and motivation for store personnel. Develop new tools for seminars to be used by the field team</li><li>Work with direct manager to reward and share in store successes</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span class="emphasis-3">Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>College degree</li><li>3-5+ years retail experience</li><li>Merchandising experience required</li><li>1-3 years management experience</li><li>1-3 years training experience</li><li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability train and motivate others.</li><li>Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to others utilizing a variety of training, role playing and coaching techniques.</li><li>Strong ability to translate training strategies into actionable execution plans</li><li>Strong presentation and speaking skills</li><li>Advanced verbal, written and nonverbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills</li><li>Strong merchandising skills</li><li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Outlook)</li><li>Basic retail math knowledge</li><li>Must be able to manage their territory budget each year along with any training budget that is given</li><li>Daily decisions regarding product placement and specific merchandising in stores</li><li>Periodic assessment of training needs and implementation of training strategies and procedures</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects given by direct report, director, creative department and/or sale team(s)</li><li>Create procedures, training guides and/or processes that will help develop the field team.</li><li>Must be flexible to adapt to changing business needs and able to change schedule on a moments notice</li><li>Travel within ones territory, and as determined by manager to meet the needs of the business</li><li>Work on feet all day, move fixtures, lift boxes and product</li></ul><p></p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
