As one of the fastest growing channels within the company, you will work in a fast-paced environment with big ambitions for the coming years!</p><p></p><p>The Content team is part of the wider Ecommerce department, and is responsible for all marketing campaigns on the website. The team oversees the entire content lifecycle from briefing and shooting through the deployment and analysis of content on site.</p><p></p><p>As coordinators of campaign go-lives, the Content team must aling closely with many internal stakeholders such as the Buying, Planning, UX, and Merchandising teams as well as the teams responsible for the different traffic channels such as CRM, SEO, SEA and Paid Media. In addition to supporting the trading teams on a weekly basis, the Content team also acts as the brand guardians within the Ecommerce department, providing a best-in-class content experience for users of ck.com.</p><p></p><p>The Position<br /><span>As the Content Campaign Specialist, you will drive all marketing content briefing within the Ecommerce department. Working together with the Content Coordinator, you will ensure creative assets come in on time and to spec. When you start in this role you will have the exciting challenge to formulate the on-site strategy into a creative brief designers and copywriters use to create a successful cosumer-centric campaign. You will do this for both seasonal shoots as well as campaigns delivered from the global headquarters. For the seasonal shoots you will align closely with the different Buyers to fully understand the buy strategy and the product details so that our content calendar is aligned with product drops. In this role you represent a crucial spider in the web of campaigns as you will be coordinating between Ecommerce teams and marketing channels. </span></p><p><span>When you start this role the Content Manager would also love your support in two projects: the creation of a campaign playbook and developing a segmentation/personalization content strategy. Both projects are key initiatives for 2021 and are expected to increase the effectiveness and executional excellence of our campaigns. </span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the content briefing calendar and making sure campaign assets get delivered on time.</li><li>Brief the seasonal shoots into the Marketing team and provide data to support development of creative concept.</li><li>Analyze campaign performance on site and coordinate analysis efforts across teams.</li><li>Support on briefing campaign assets into the in-house creative agency and make sure creative assets get delivered to spec.</li><li>Manage the relationship with the translation angency and organize workshops to ensure the Calvin Klein tone of voice gets through in translated copy.</li><li>Provide support and manage the Content Coordinator.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital content marketing.</li><li>Experience in working in the fashion industry or in another creative industry.</li><li>Excellent statistical analysis skills and proficiency with data analysis platforms (we use Adobe Analytics and ContentSquare).</li><li>Understanding of the Ecommerce environment and the role of content in both driving commercial success and acting as a brand window.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive conversations with internal stakeholders, designers, CRO, UX, Site-Merchandising and Buying teams.</li><li>A master at working under pressure: proven experience in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders at the same time.</li><li>A team player, adaptable and thriving in a fast paced environment.</li><li>A strong interest in managing or some level of managerial experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</li><li>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</li><li>Amonthly Covid home- office budget</li><li>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</li><li>Abeautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
