<p><b><u>Position Summary:</u></b></p><p></p><p>The <b>Tax Manager</b> will be a key member of the PVH Corp. tax team, primarily supporting the tax accounting and tax compliance processes for international operations.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:</u></b></p><ul><li>Assist with all aspects of US tax reporting with regards to foreign operations, including review of effective tax rates, roll forward of tax balance sheets, reconciliation of pre-tax income, and preparation of various aspects of the tax footnote</li><li>Responsible for preparation/review of both quarterly financial reporting and annual tax compliance, with experience in the US tax calculations, including GILTI, FDII, subpart F, E&P and tested income calculations, expense apportionment, foreign tax credit limitation calculation and cash repatriation.</li><li>Preparation and/or review of US tax forms 5471, 8858, 8990, 8992, 8993 and 1118</li><li>Responsible for managing the country by county reporting process, Form 8975</li><li>Staying abreast of developments and changes in US tax law with regards to international operations</li><li>Acquire an understanding of the Companys financial systems and information technology, whilst employing technology and automation improvements</li><li>Develop relationships with accounting, IT, and tax personnel to maximize opportunities for automation of data and ensure completeness, accuracy, and efficiency</li><li>Assist in general tax projects, including daily support for ongoing activities of the tax department along with managing competing projects and priorities</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications & Experience:</u></b></p><ul><li>Minimum of five years tax accounting and tax compliance experience including international exposure</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (obtained or in-process, preferred)</li><li>Experience with Corptax software preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information</li><li>Strong project management skills with proactive approach toward driving quality results</li></ul><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
