<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><ul><li>Manage Tommy Hilfiger operations team</li><li>Build a strong and skillful operations team to achieve company goals</li><li>Support and maximize the Omnichannel opportunity</li><li>Lead the operations team to cope with the fast paced and changing macro environment</li><li>Partner with different departments to drive and support new initiatives of the company<br /></li></ul><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><ul><li>Manage HK retail store operations with excellence and to ensure daily operation is in compliance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Deliver retail sales & profit according to Company targets and KPIs setup</li><li>Manage all stores to perform and grow according to business objectives. Provide supports in analysis, sales tactics, retail insights as well as other general constructive input</li><li>Lead and communicate effectively with a team of over 100 retail staff. Beresponsible for team building, coaching, training and staff development</li><li>Liaise and coordinate among various supporting functions, internally including Merchandising, Allocation, Logistics, Finance and I.T. and externally landlord and vendors</li><li>Develop the operations team to support company growth in long term</li><li>Drive Omnichannel performance with all round planning and clear KPIs setup for measurement</li><li>Support company initiatives and proactively contribute to projects that benefit long terms operations</li><li>Provide inputs for accurate monthly budget forecast</li><li>Manage the P&L on reasonable manpower and promotion planning</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><ul><li><b>Experience: </b>At least 10 years of experience in retail operations and 4 years in managerial position. Experience in international fashion brands is preferred.</li><li><b>Education: </b>Bachelor degree in business or related discipline</li><li><b>Skills: </b><ul><li>Strong analytical skill</li><li>Strategic mindset</li><li>Strong communication in verbal and written</li><li>Independent, problem solver skill</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with strong business mind</li><li>Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must</li></ul></li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
