<p><b><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></b></p><p></p><p>In this newly created role you will be responsible for creating performance insights of the Tommy Hilfiger brand across our Chinese business. We aspire to use insights & data to make better decisions and we are looking for an experienced and pragmatic leader who can help create foundational business insight reports using various types of data with different levels of standardization and ambiguity.</p><p></p><p>The primary focus will be the performance of our assortments across our distribution channels, pricing and supply chain. The level of detail will vary from SKU level to overall business performance. We are making investments in our overall master data model but we are looking for someone with an output-oriented mindset who can work within the ambiguity of a matrix organization with multiple systems and data visualization tools.</p><p></p><p><b><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Provide actionable insights on assortment, pricing and marketing analytics across distribution channels to drive growth and achieve business goals</li><li>Create consistent tracking, analysis and reporting of assortment performance KPIs across retail channel in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and seasonal dashboard formats that drive effective business decision-making.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to implement analytics recommendations, monitor performance and continuously improve recommendations</li><li>Collaborate with CHINA360, regional and global Tommy Hilfiger teams to help institute global standards when it comes to insights and reports.</li><li>Develop insights & analytics talent within and outside of the Brand Management, Tommy Hilfiger China department</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>KEY COMPETENCIES</b></b></p><ul><li>Hand-on analysis to create insights on our business performance from various angles</li><li>Effective collaboration in the planning, execution and controlling of multiple strategic projects with strong analytical focus and understanding of consumer-centric strategies</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></b></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><p>At least 7 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years of analytics, business intelligence or business development experience, ideally in the retail industry</p><p></p><p><b><b>Skills: </b></b></p><ul><li>Excellent quantitative skills and the proven ability to analyze, synthesize and distill large volumes of data down to key takeaways</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools, experience with PowerBI, Tableau preferred</li><li>Deep knowledge of retail data & analytics, including tracking methodologies, attributed sell-thru analyses, dashboards and correlation analyses</li><li>Proven ability to make analytics understandable for larger audiences, to present actionable insights from analytics findings and to make clear recommendations to senior management</li><li>Fluent English communication skills, including verbal and written communication</li><li>Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment<p></p></li></ul><p><b><b>Education: </b></b>Bachelor required, Masters or PHD preferred: Business, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science</p>","industry":"Retail"
