Offering a seamless and consultative service to all stakeholders working to the highest standards.</p><p>Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Specialist Retail, but with close partnership with the Talent Development team, the Talent Coordinator ensure great candidate and new starter experience for our Retail business with a focus on new store openings.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Support (and in time lead) with a talent plan for a new store opening understanding hiring, onboarding and learning needs</p></li><li><p>Providing a great candidate experience to all Retail candidates interviewing and applying to PVH; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates</p></li><li><p>Lead on Sales Associate hiring, by screening applications, virtual assessment and coordinating interviews for our Store Managers</p></li><li><p>Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and deliver new store openings learning approach by working with the wider HR team ensuring our Associates and Store Managers are set up for success</p></li><li><p>Support with OnBoarding for all retail Associates by using tools at scale</p></li><li><p>If required, support on candidate mapping and selection, providing suitable shortlists for the team</p></li><li><p>Working with internal KPIs and SLAs, to ensure we are meeting with best practice guidelines for both hiring and development</p></li><li><p>Management of job advertisements across all digital platforms</p></li><li><p>Update of learning platforms with correct data automating OnBoarding where possible</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About</i> YOU</b></p><ul><li><p>You'll have previous experience in coordination and recruitment and have an understanding or passion for fashion retail (including marketing, advertising, interviewing)</p></li><li><p>Ideally have good understanding of OnBoarding and learning coordination</p></li><li><p>You'll be familiar with job boards and recruitment advertising</p></li><li><p>Youll have the ability to build relationships with ease</p></li><li><p>Youll understand why candidate and employee experience is important and what good looks like</p></li><li><p>You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace</p></li><li><p>Youll be a confident and clear communicator with an eye for detail</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About </i>WHAT WE OFFER</b></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organisation is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
