Contribute to yearly campus recruitment initiatives and maintain high staff engagement.</p><p></p><p><br /><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p></p><p><b>10% Recruitment Needs</b></p><p> Understand/Consolidate recruitment needs from each department and get validation from Senior Manager, HR, PVH China</p><p> Work closely with department managers to ensure the accuracy of job requirement regarding job responsibility and profile</p><p></p><p><b>30% Recruitment Process Management & Vendor Management</b></p><p> Work closely with all department heads throughout hiring process for both CALVIN KLEIN and Tommy Hilfiger Brands</p><p> Filter, screen and conduct interviews with selected candidates</p><p> Manage overall recruitment process, including offline and online</p><p> Maintain well documented recruitment records</p><p> Propose efficient recruitment channels according to position and ensure work efficiency</p><p> Keep good relationship with vendors, external clients & local government</p><p> Develop and build internal and external network of recruiting sources to support recruiting activities</p><p></p><p><b>20%Initial, organize yearly campus recruitment activities</b></p><p> Search universities with majors match with company needs</p><p> Establish good relationship with universities</p><p> Organize campus recruitment plan, and attend related recruitment fairs</p><p> Conduct face to face interviews</p><p> Arrange MT store experience program</p><p></p><p><b>15% Business Partner for China Office</b></p><p> Answering varied HR related staffs inquires</p><p> Involve in staff relations projects</p><p> Involve in Performance Management</p><p> Handling ER Cases</p><p></p><p><b>15% Staff Activities and Regional Projects</b></p><p><span><span></span></span>Organize & Coordinate varied staff activities with related teams</p><p><span><span></span></span>Participate/ Lead Ad-hoc projects initialed by Regional Office</p><p></p><p><b>10% Reporting</b></p><p><span><span></span></span>Prepare monthly/ quarterly recruitment and other related reports</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><p><span><span></span></span>At least 4 years hands-on experience in either recruitment/BP field, preferably in fashion apparel/FMCG industry, specialized in Recruitment/BP fields.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><p><span><span></span></span>Strong project and time management skills; ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and coordinate timetable with multiple countries and business units; timely follow up with countries to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.</p><p><span><span></span></span>Influential and effective communicator</p><p><span><span></span></span>English communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p><span><span></span></span>Self-motivated, can work under fast pace with pressure</p><p><span><span></span></span>Highly responsible, and attention to details</p><p><span><span></span></span>Initial thinker: Always strike to innovate and excel existing practice</p><p></p><p><b>Education:</b>Bachelor degree holders</p>","industry":"Retail"
