<p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></span></p><p></p><p>The Marketing Coordinator, Adaptive & Integrated Campaigns will facilitate the day-to-day activities of the adaptive and integrated marketing initiatives, including assistance with agency management, photo shoots, invoices and overall project trafficking with the creative studio and agency. Work in tandem with the Senior Director, Innovation and Integrated Marketing in the execution of adaptive and integrated marketing related activities.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES: </b></span></p><p></p><p>TOMMY DEPARTMENTAL ASSISTANCE:</p><ul><li>Foster relationships with the internal regional and global partners, studio, agencies and other external teams to facilitate trafficking of all marketing projects</li><li>Work with team to assist in ad hoc projects as needed, including photo shoots, events (galas/summit/partnerships) and competitive research</li><li>Light clerical activities to include set-up of meetings and budget/invoice management</li><li>Able to help team on Innovation projects as time allows.</li></ul><p></p><p>MARKETING ASSISTANCE:</p><ul><li>Development, management and execution of marketing plans for adaptive business</li><li>Distribution of marketing assets to all adaptive wholesale and regional partners</li><li>Track all invoices to payment; work with Marketing Director to track all integrated marketing budgets</li><li>Assist Marketing Senior Director with management of both research and branding agency</li><li>Manage approval process of all adaptive marketing initiatives through marketing department</li><li>Assist with adaptive research planning, execution and reporting</li><li>Maintain initiatives calendar</li><li>Proofread all creative and versions for consistency in messaging and layouts</li><li>Track content on all community platforms featuring content targeting the adaptive community, as well as brands creating product for community</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM ASSISTANCE:</p><p></p><ul><li>Partner with cross-functional team members such as production, merchandising, comms/PR, media, social/digital and ecommerce on adaptive and integrated marketing projects</li><li>Assist all noted cross-functional team members with planning and execution of adaptive and integrated marketing strategies</li><li>Assist in development of brief, shoot and post production of all adaptive commercial content with all cross-functional partners ecom, design, merch, wholesale, regional teams and studio</li><li>Partner with wholesale to develop all assets needed for partner websites.</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></span></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b> </b></span></p><ul><li>1+ years marketing experience; agency background a plus</li><li>Bachelors Degree; Marketing or Business degree, a plus</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are a necessity</li><li>Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote</li><li>Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to keep projects in motion, to think ahead and recognize any potential problems in order to deliver materials on time</li><li>Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Proactive and hands-on approach</li><li>Open minded and resourceful</li></ul><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
