<p></p><p><b><b>DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW</b></b></p><p>In an industry characterized by unprecedented change, significant shifts in consumer behavior, and the rise of innovative technologies, PVH has seized upon the opportunity to become a more customer-centric and data-driven organization.</p><p></p><p>To fuel this transformation, PVH has made significant investments in people and technology to integrate the consumer and market data into our go-to-market and strategic processes.</p><p></p><p>Members of the Consumer & Marketplace Insights (CMI) team advance thought leadership and organizational capability across our brands as well as help identify the business- and brand-building opportunities that will enable and fuel our continued growth.</p><p></p><p><b><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></b></p><p>A leader within the CMI team, the <i><i>Sr. Director, Consumer Insights - CMI</i></i> will be tasked with leading the team responsible for bringing the voice of the consumer into all key business decision making processes. In partnership with the greater CMI team/businesses/shared services, this leader will deliver consumer research capabilities to the organization inclusive of primary research (surveys, focus groups, and interviews), voice of the customer (CSAT/NPS, reviews, etc.) and social listening insights.</p><p></p><p>Success in this role will depend upon a rigorous and detail oriented analytical approach, intellectual curiosity, a creative approach to addressing complex challenges, and the ability to balance clear, strategic thinking with pragmatic, sleeves-rolled-up engagement and action.</p><p></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a passion for blending art and science across a wide variety of sources of information that will create a meaningful impact on the business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and partnering closely with other teams across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & POINTS OF ACCOUNTABILITY</b></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for the strategic direction of the consumer research/insights roadmap inclusive of capabilities, key deliverables, organizational structure, and timelines</li><li>Analysis and summary of a diverse set of quantitative and qualitative consumer information inclusive of surveys, focus group/interview transcripts, VOC dashboards, social listening analytics, and market/sales data</li><li>Effective communication of analytical findings such that key facts, insights and implications are clear and understood by those without analytics expertise; use of data visualization and other demonstrations or descriptions of information are critical</li><li>Responsible for both recurring dashboards/reports to provide ongoing tracking of consumer behaviors, and ad-hoc/project based analyses to identify and size new opportunities</li><li>Hires and manages the day-to-day of a consumer research/insights team with an eye towards productivity, positive engagement, + team member growth</li><li>Actively track team performance and usefulness of insights provided to the business to ensure work if focused on providing value and all are being productive</li><li>Collaboration with a wide variety of internal colleagues and stakeholders, particularly with the CMI, business and IT groups to ensure effort prioritization, where applicable</li><li>Communicate internally with TPG, CMI, and brand/business teams</li><li>Communicate externally with third party vendors</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-BC10</p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
