Thats the Power of PVH.</p><p></p><p>Working across the global organization, this role will help to inform, inspire and engage our audiences by evolving the visual tone of the Companys communications and ensuring that all touch points are consistent and elevated.</p><p></p><p>With a digital-first approach, the ideal candidate will work across their team and key stakeholders to create and execute visual storytelling and assets that will align and support the strategic direction of the organizationdriving fashion forward for good.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><ul><li>Direct creative strategy and process from concept to completion</li><li>Drive innovation and pushes creative execution across all relevant channels (i.e. intranet, portals, social media, employer branding/recruitment) and vehicles (i.e. company collateral, corporate ads, executive presentations, office branding, etc.)</li><li>Set and maintain the standards/guidelines and delivers innovative, own-able solutions that support corporate branding, editorial and reputation management goals</li><li>Articulate through visual mediums key vision, purpose, strategic priorities and values</li><li>Present creative work to senior leaders</li><li>Lead video, audio, photography production projects with internal partners and external vendors</li><li>Work with a cross-functional team of graphic designers, video production, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables</li><li>Manage a high-performing creative team, providing inspiration, direction, and coaching to achieve consistent, strong corporate branding and fostering a positive work environment.</li><li>Collaborate across teams to translate data and information into aesthetically aligned and creatively expressed materials that meet the objectives of the project/campaign.</li><li>Represent creative team to share concepts, obtain approvals and/or updates with clients, including leadership stakeholders</li><li>Report progress and/or impediments of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b>7-10 years with experience in design/production (including digital), copywriting, management and creative direction </p><p></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience; background in branding and digital marketing a plus. All candidates must possess an excellent portfolio, including examples of print and digital design work.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b>Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization; Candidate should be very comfortable taking direction from and giving strategic counsel to senior executives and can both advocate for ideas and, when necessary, suspend your agenda.</p><p></p><p><b>Additionally: </b></p><ul><li>A team player that possesses leadership and communication skills, with a vision and understanding of business objectives.</li><li>Understanding and experience creating integrated content across a multitude of channels (email, website, mobile, social media, paid media, video and interactive,) as well as other various forms of media</li><li>Thought leadership: A strong point of view; ability to contribute to the strategic development of an assignment; creative ideas and the ability to promote conceptual thinking among the team</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities, solve complex problems while maintaining flexibility in fast-paced environment</li><li>Superior graphic design and typography skills as well as experience directing photo shoots.</li><li>Proficient Mac and/or PC skills and proficient with the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.</li></ul><p></p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
