<p>The Manager Human Resources Strategy (m/f/d) works closely with the Vice President Human Resources (VP HR) under the leadership of the Director HR Strategy & Talent Development.<br />As a Manager Human Resources Strategy at PVH you will drive and execute the strategic HR priorities such as but not limited to employee experience, HR excellence, organizational maturity and effectiveness.<br />In this role you will drive change and work closely with the HR team as well as leads from across the organization. You will work in a fast-paced premium lifestyle environment that promotes to waste nothing and welcome all.<br /></p><h3>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Contribute to the HR strategy by defining long-term and short-term objectives and translating these into key projects</li><li>Drive HR projects with focus on organizational excellence and efficiency, both within the HR team and beyond</li><li>Execute HR project management and support HR team meetings and communication structures</li><li>Grasp/analyze complex contexts and subsume them in easily digestible presentations</li><li>Be a sparring partner for other HR departments such as Talent Development, HR Business Partnering and HR Operations and the HR leadership team</li><li>Liaise with leads across the organization and build a strong relationship to key stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to culture and leadership development and drive change across the organization</li><li>Implement a standard for HR key performance indicators and enhance HR KPI-based decision taking</li><li>Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the market and in cooperation with the headquarter in Amsterdam</li><li>Support future-oriented strategic workforce planning</li><li>Relaunch the HR budget process and standardize the approach</li></ul><p></p><h3>YOUR BACKGROUND:</h3><h3></h3><ul><li>University degree in human resources, organization psychology or business administration with a major in talent/organization, preferably master degree</li><li>2+ years of professional experience as a management consultant for HR / talent / organization / efficiency matters</li><li>Professional experience in an international context and in innovative organizations</li><li>Independent working style and ability to dive into new topics autonomously</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Fluency in German and English (written/spoken)</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills </li><li>Interest for fashion and premium lifestyle</li></ul><p></p><p><span>Please include a cover letter with your application.
