We were acquired by PVH Corp. in 2003.<br /><br /><b>The Team</b><br /><span>You are part of the Calvin Klein Ecommerce department working with the Senior Manager Performance Marketing to drive growth and efficiency for SEA, SEO and Display. In addition you will foster close relationships with the Tech team including Data Science. You will build the infrastructure to leverage the potential of each channel from day to day operational tasks such as automation to more advanced tooling and technology. </span><span>You will work closely with other teams within the Ecommerce Platform teams, other Marketing & Ecommerce teams, and external partners. </span></p><p><br /><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Drive engineering efforts from design to implementation to drive growth through automation and data management</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collect, transform and model unstructured data from different sources to structured output to be leveraged in different ways</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with data scientist and data analyst to structure and collect data, and to build tools and frameworks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Building, maintain and develop data pipelines to power predictive Models, API connections and tooling</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate SEM and other marketing data with business data to support business growth</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design, build and deliver tools to automate SEA, SEO and Display daily recurring tasks, operational and strategic tasks and processes, campaign creation, reporting, dash-boarding</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with the data team, marketing specialists and major search engines and platforms to develop new tools, implement new features and define automation roadmap</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide automation recommendations in terms of tools, techniques, systems, maximizing the usage of existing tools.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The Ideal Candidate:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced digital agency, Ecomm environment or performance marketing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with building scalable data pipelines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with parsing structured and unstructured data and creation of pipelines for data warehousing</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledgeable about data modelling, data access, and data storage techniques </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with cloud platforms, especially GCP and AWS</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of basic analytics and machine learning concepts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Insights Discover, Tableau, Looker</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of internet advertising systems such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly analytical and skilled in communication. Able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable & measurable solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>A detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative eye, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A strong learn-it-all and entrepreneurial mentality.
