Product Developer (Sundries) Job in Dongguan, VT

<p><b>Job Duties:</b></p><ul><li>Liaise with overseas counterparts in Design and Product Development as well as vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely process from product development into bulk production</li><li>Analyze costing and price negotiations.</li><li>Ensure all prototypes, salesman samples etc. are delivered on time, meeting margin expectations and in accordance with the requirements from customers.</li><li>Care code follow up, risk assessment, fab test, garment test.</li><li>Support line manager to drive continuous improvement and positive value in projects.</li><li>Perform other duties assigned by management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Associate Degree or above.</li><li>Above 8 years of merchandising experience on Soft Accessories including cold weather product (scarf, hat, gloves), woven BB cap, headband, wrist band, etc.</li><li>Fast learner able to work independently with good organizational skills and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Strong in technical skill for both knit and woven item.</li><li>Good communication skills both written and verbally in English.</li><li>Candidates with more experience will be offered with Senior Developer, if needed.</li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
