Working at pace, the team work closely with our European headquarters to support the curation and creation of a great learning offer.</p><p>Our customer is at the forefront of any decision we make. Our Retail teams, Ecommerce teams and Wholesale teams interact with our customers daily and to be truly consumer centric. The Learning & Development Specialist is a unique role that will lead on the creation, curation and communication of our consumer centric learning approach.</p><p>This role will currently support our UK+ (UK & Ireland) business and will work closely with our European central teams as well as partnering with counterparts in other local markets.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Lead on the curation and creation of consumer centric learning for our full organisation</p></li><li><p>Support the roll-out of a learning proposition for our retail business by working with Retail leaders - including but not limited to customer experience, product excellence, store fundamentals and compliance</p></li><li><p>Work with our ecommerce subject matter experts to create an ecommerce education to be offered at scale, based on proficiency needs, for our full business within the UK+ and in time scaled out across other European markets</p></li><li><p>Understand the need to support sustainability learning and communication. Scope the needs and work in collaboration to curate and create a meaningful, high impact learning and communication offer</p></li><li><p>Package already created learning into a meaningful learning journey with inspirational and on brand communication</p></li><li><p>Build all learning at scale and understands how to deliver learning virtually to other countries (if required)</p></li><li><p>Carry out a needs analysis to understand our approach to new store opening learning advancing our approach to drive great learning and associate experience</p></li><li><p>Lead learning roll-out for new store openings ensuring our new stores are acting customer first from opening</p></li><li><p>Support with the creation of European career path and when required lead on development programmes to support having the right talent and the right time</p></li><li><p>When required, support the wider talent team with behavioural based learning, retail performance management and inclusion, diversity and belonging</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About</i> YOU</b></p><ul><li><p>A true learning professional who has curated, created and communicated contemporary blended learning</p></li><li><p>Familiar with digital learning and using learning management systems</p></li><li><p>Has an eye for detail and understands the need to package great learning for high impact</p></li><li><p>Familiar with a retail based organisation and the importance of thinking customer first</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levels and cultures</p></li><li><p>Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, and Analysis skills, with the ability to use data and information to tell a story to relevant stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills</p></li><li><p>Strong decision-making ability with high curiosity to improve efficiencies and ways of working</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About </i>WHAT WE OFFER</b></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organisation is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
