<p>The Associate Manager, CRM Production role will focus on the coordination and execution of all customer campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) in support of the overall marketing strategy for Tommy Hilfiger NA. This person will have a proven track record of coordinating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to optimize the customer experience and drive conversion.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day production and analysis of marketing campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail)<ul><li>Manage campaign and planning calendars</li><li>Cross functional coordination with Marketing, Creative and ECOM teams</li><li>Execute campaigns from creative setup to testing/QA and deployment via relevant provider platform</li><li>Develop deployment strategy, execute test plans and report on test findings that are statistically relevant</li><li>Implement action-oriented customer journeys to drive engagement, revenue and data capture.</li><li>Support quarterly and annual strategic segmentation plans and testing that build a quality file, improve campaign results and enhance the customer lifecycle communication stream</li><li>Maintain formal process to update and share findings with marketing and other stakeholders regarding success and opportunities of all CRM campaigns</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate with the Media team to align on key customer strategies and deliver segments</li><li>Understand and monitor the competitive landscape for all marketing channels, customer journeys, providing insight and recommendations to drive the business forward as a leader-in-class</li><li>Ensure that the Brand experience is integrated into CRM campaigns in a way that is consistent with overall Brand objectives</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li>Bachelors Degree; Marketing or Business, a plus</li><li><span>2-3 years of experience in CRM, retail preferred</span></li><li>Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple internal team members as well as with cross-functional and external vendor partners</li><li>Experience handling high volumes of email production: setup and execution of campaigns, inclusive of A/B multivariate testing, triggered messaging and marketing automation</li><li>Experience in setting up digital marketing journeys, data-driven contextual campaigns and personalization</li><li>Knowledge of key email/SMS fundamentals: CAN-SPAM / TCPA compliance, deliverability, spam complaint rate, etc.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML and SQL</li><li>Exposure to CDP / customer databases a plus</li><li>Prefer experience with a web analytics tool (Adobe preferred)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills (both verbally and written)</li><li>Must be organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Work in partnership with the team to make day-to-day decisions associated with on-going projects, as well setting expectations and monitoring deadlines with all departments involved</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines</li><li>Detail-oriented/innovative traits necessary</li><li>Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects</li></ul><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
