<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p></p><p>You will be responsible for supporting the strategy and product teams in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that drive long-term profitable and sustainable growth and deliver positive impact for the brand. You will partner closely with the product team to collect and analyze data to help evaluate opportunities and make actionable recommendations.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Support in developing, analyzing, and prioritizing potential strategic opportunities across product and licensing areas of the business</li><li>Collect and analyze data, translate into strategic and actionable insights for the business, develop recommendation for the business and build roadmap to execution</li><li>Assist in the implementation of initiatives through project management, tracking of progress and key performance indicators, as well as identification and mitigation of project risks</li><li>Develop quantitative and qualitative content for ongoing strategic deliverables such as monthly business updates, strategy meetings, Board of Director updates, and executive off-sites</li><li>Gain in-depth knowledge of the Calvin Klein business. Develop a strong understanding of industry and market trends, competitive intelligence and consumers</li><li>Provide ad-hoc activities and analysis as needed</li><li>Foster collaboration through sharing of knowledge and best practices</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p></p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b>4-6 years work experience in a strategy role, preferably in the consumer / retail space, including 2-3 years in consulting, corporate finance or investment banking. Background in Merchandising and/or Planning is a plus</p><p></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelors Degree, MBA preferred</p><p></p><p><b>Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Experience managing strategic projects from ideation to execution</li><li>Ability to set priorities and manage multiple initiatives independently while leveraging cross-functional resources</li><li>Experience building customer and market centric product strategies</li><li>Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across an international, multicultural and diverse organization</li><li>Executive presence. Ability to present to all levels of the organization. Ability to influence executives, build relationships, and drive action</li><li>Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
