Leading and defining the ideas and tools in collaboration with all key departments and stakeholders from Europe PVH to the markets. From online to offline, building brand awareness, brand loyalty and ultimately driving sales performance and increase all KPIS.</span></span><span></span></p></div><div><p><span></span></p></div><div><p><b><span>The Position</span></b><span><span></span></span><br /><span><span>In this role you will strategically be connected and collaborate with the European Outlet & OMNI Channel Team You will build and drive a strong partnership with the markets who are operationally responsible in delivering a brand consumer experience. As well as driving a brand presence in connection with the outlet<span></span></span></span><span><span>centre</span></span><span><span><span></span></span></span><span><span>landlords</span></span><span><span>. Working alongside and aligning the<span></span></span></span><span><span>consumer facing</span></span><span><span><span></span>journey with the OMNI Channel Transformation, VM & Windows, Store Concept, Merchandising and Marketing teams.</span></span><span></span></p></div><div><p><span><span></span></span><span></span></p></div><div><p><span><span>Your main contribution is managing the Outlet consumer facing areas, aligning digital & store communication and driving visual strategies. Whilst creating strong partnership on field execution across the Outlet stores within PVH Europe brands TH & CK. In addition, you will<span></span></span></span><span><span>partner</span></span><span><span><span></span>closely with local country teams on driving consumer engagement, KPIs, ultimately increasing sales per square meter results and brand loyalty.
