<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p></p><p>The Design Studio Manager is responsible for the day-to-day function of the studio. The position encompasses Calvin Klein Underwear and Calvin Klein Performance working with two in-house design teams across underwear and performance categories. </p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p></p><p><b>CALENDAR</b></p><ul><li>Assists with design calendar updates and distributes all finalized seasonal development calendars across multiple product categories to internal and external partners.</li><li>Manages communications with partners on confirmed T&A calendars and schedules all milestone meetings.</li><li>Maintenance of master mapping calendar across all brands and categories.</li><li>Major milestones meeting planning and creating agendas for in-house designed categories; manage all related logistics.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>FINANCIAL</b></p><ul><li>Manages invoice process coding, submit, tracking, filing.</li><li>Communicates with vendors regarding billing questions.</li><li>Manages inspiration purchases/records.</li><li>Completes monthly reconciliation reports for shipping expenses & Kronos tracking and analyze the data to ensure proper classification of charges </li></ul><p></p><p><b>ADMINISTRATION </b></p><ul><li>Assists in coordinating and producing photoshoots, style outs, and GLA prep.</li><li>General administrations duties: IT, procurement, and facilities requests.</li><li>Maintains global product architecture reference.</li><li>Maintains packaging database for compliance training.</li><li>Manages the upkeep of the common areas within the design studio.</li><li>Manages studio related moves and allocation of resources.</li><li>Department attendance tracking/approve time sheet in Kronos.</li><li>Special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>TRAVEL & EXPENSES</b></p><ul><li>Approves expense reports for team in Concur.</li><li>Makes international and domestic travel arrangements.</li><li>Completes expense reports and tracks reimbursements for division lead.</li><li>Obtains required approvals from travel administrator when necessary to include in expense reports.</li><li>Creates and publishes travel agendas and coordinate all travel logistics.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b>4-6 years studio/office management or related experience</p><p></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelors Degree preferred</p><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><ul><li>Familiar with development/product life cycle</li><li>Possesses project management mindset: plan, execute, monitor/control/communicate, hindsight review</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must possess exceptional interpersonal skills</li><li>Resourceful and proactive, and is detail oriented and highly organized, able to juggle multiple changing priorities; strong sense of urgency</li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Internal: </b>Design, Merchandising, Facilities, Human Resources, Sourcing, Supply, Licensing, and Communications.</p><p></p><p><b>External: </b>Vendors and any other external partners</p><div><p></p></div><p><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: </b>N/A</p><p></p><p><b>BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: </b></p><ul><li>Invoice processing</li><li>Shipping, supplies, and samples purchases tracking stay within bounds of budget</li></ul><p></p><p><b>DECISION MAKING: </b>Related to day-to-day studio operations</p><p></p><p><b>RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: </b></p><ul><li>Must demonstrate curiosity and is motivated to learn new skills and knowledge</li><li>Someone who always has a backup plan and is depended upon as the studio fixer</li></ul><p></p><p><b>ENVIRONMENT: </b>Highly collaborative and dynamic environment, deadline driven</p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
