We strive to be an employer of choice to <i>drive fashion forward for good.</i><br /></p><p>The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.<br /><br />We are searching for a Coordinator Talent Development (m/f/x) to support the roll-out of our talent development activities through organizing trainings and workshops based on a pre-defined approach. Your strong communication skills, passion for organizing and your service orientation empower you to schedule and prepare the development initiatives that have been developed by your colleagues, to be the go-to-person for participants for all organizational matters and take care of the administration in our system (Workday). Based on your language skills you are able to take over responsibility for material translation and written communication to large audiences. In close collaboration with about 40 regional teammates and even more from all over the world, you will be part of an HR organization that puts people first and is dedicated to make an impact.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a Coordinator Talent Development (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>Organize and arrange: You will independently organize trainings, workshops and other talent development measures based on a defined roll-out plan and guidelines provided</p></li><li><p>Participant management: You will take care of participant management for all kinds of talent development measures according to existing policies and guidelines</p></li><li><p>Service and support: You will contribute to an excellent employee experience by taking care of all kinds of administrative tasks with a service oriented mind-set</p></li><li><p>Contact person: You will be the first point of contact for associates and leads in terms of administrative questions around workshops, trainings, etc.</p></li><li><p>Administration: You will take care of system administration of various talent development activities such as trainings in our system (Workday)</p></li><li><p>Process champion: You will be a process champion for administrative process steps of the talent development processes (in Workday)</p></li><li><p>Translations: You will translate defined measures and activities into various local languages</p></li><li><p>Material design: You will support with talent development material creation</p></li><li><p>Preparation: Prepare training documents, training classes and online trainings</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you?
