<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><p>The Sr. Manager, Search Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and analyzing paid and organic search for Calvin Klein. The primary function of this role is to analyze campaign demand and traffic data to derive conclusions and actionable insights to improve program efficiency and grow new customers. Further, this person must be organized, paying attention to the most minute of details, reacting to trends in the marketplace. Additionally, this person must be an analytical thinker, relying on the numbers to steer the ship through budget, creative and audience. The candidate must be experienced and comfortable reporting results and educating all levels of management. The Sr. Manager, Search Marketing will work alongside a talented and growing media team.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><ul><li><p>Responsible for strategic approach of SEM campaigns to hit program specific ROI goals and ensure sales targets are being met</p></li><li><p>Build out campaigns that optimize against an acquisition forecast</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report on portfolio performance daily, develop reporting and insight capabilities and processes to effectively assess progress and opportunities from various campaigns</p></li><li><p>Develop the creative testing plans such as headlines, copy, ad types, landing pages, automation, and audiences for continuous performance improvement</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report out organic search results as it relates to changes in SEM program, performing keyword research, bench-marking changes and working cross functionally with DTC team on the technical roadmap</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with UX, site optimization and buying teams to exchange business insights in support of all owned & operated CK opportunities</p></li><li><p>Track the market for trends, opportunities, and use that information to make recommendations</p></li><li><p>Partner with CMI & Digital Innovation teams on research & new search capabilities</p></li><li><p>Own the relationship with our agency and google representatives collaborating to brainstorm and strategize on a long term, proactive roadmap</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b></p><p>7+ years of digital marketing experience at a retailer or agency within Paid and Organic Search.
