<p>Leading EU business reporting and reporting to the Senior Technical Manager, Also working with the Asia market but not leading.</p><p>Working with the categories of Cut & Sew Knits & Outerwear.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>To Lead Calvin Klein EU business</li><li>Lead sample approval and continuous product & process improvement in the through technical quality initiatives, prevention and risk managements</li><li>Responsible for Cut and Sew Knits and Outer Wear for technical compliance (i.e. sampling review, risk assessment and production handover to QA Team)</li><li>Provide Technical Support from Proto stage on complicated styles/ new development to ensure vendor understand style aesthetics</li><li>Require share technical knowledge in the area of style development, sewing construction, and fitting and production preparedness with vendors.</li><li>Support Vendor to achieve design intent, cost margin and production</li><li>Participate with Line / Range / Risk assessment review to identify potential issues and follow up</li><li>Consolidate fit comments sent from Europe team with original sample to communicate with factories for next round sample revision or production</li><li>Drive the vendor empowerment accredited program and act as a coach to ensure factory are product educated, calibrated and process trained to be accountable and committed to delivering consistently high quality products</li><li>On-board new vendors and factories in new territories and assist with line plan and capacity</li><li>Provide ongoing S.O.P / performance enhancing training to current factories</li><li>Asist vendors in Video conference fitting from proto 2 to red sealed/Approved sample.</li><li>Attend physicals fitting sessions with Asia Design and Regional Merchandising</li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
