<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY</b></p><p></p><p>The Jr. Desktop Engineer will focus on developing and engineering solutions that will advance the End User Support vision of a secure, stable, robust, and dynamic end user infrastructure. The Jr. Engineer will support our existing business requirements, as well as easily scale to meet future needs. The Jr. Engineer has an understanding of the engineering design process and the importance of automation, remote tools, teamwork, centralized overview management, incident (requests & problem management) handling and the ITIL model in helping an organization achieve its strategic initiatives in order to produce more with rapidly growing demands. Operating at a lower TCO is also required. The role will oversee on-going administration and management for various technology areas including, end-point management and application support for PC, Mac, and mobile.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB</b></p><ul><li>Provides service as a POC for level II and III support for CS technicians</li><li>Maintain End User Device management and Virtual platforms</li><li>Provides training for technicians on problem resolution</li><li>Understanding of current spend and opportunities to lower TCO</li><li>Service as a POC for projects related to End Users that require engineering expertise act as a subject matter expert for some projects providing task direction to achieve project goals</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot tier 3 and tier 4 desktop support OS/Application incidents.</li><li>Understanding of O365 capabilities, plans, service descriptions and features</li><li>Experience with and understanding of active directory and O365 on how it integrates with other systems</li><li>Knowledge on Azure AD Connect</li><li>Work internally with local and regional global IT teams to define corporate standards and ensure best practices are followed</li><li>Work externally with technology vendors and partners</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE </b></p><ul><li>0-1 year of related experience</li><li>Past work in an IT Department preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS </b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of: Citrix VDI, Microsoft 365, End Point Manager, SCCM 1802, Jamf Pro 10.8, Microsoft Intune &Service Now.</li><li>ITIL V3 Framework</li><li>Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS technology including AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and Organizational Units</li><li>Well-rounded and passionate about how organizations can leverage technologies (Desktop, AV, Gadgets and Consumer) to increase employee productivity, collaboration and engagement</li><li>Ability to quickly identify hardware, software, and network issues and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of Systems Integration, configuration of switches and routers, telecommunications equipment, information systems, servers, networking protocols, and end-user computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.</li><li>Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of new equipment or software and use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.</li><li>Ability to work well independently and in a team environment</li><li>Excellent consultative skills including communication, conceptualization, articulation, presentation and facilitation, are essential</li><li>Ability to handle stress appropriately and interact well with others</li></ul><p></p><p></p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
