The Marketing Analytics & Projects will work together with the sr. Marketing Manager at Sales Activation on Consumer Journey non-commercial projects and support the Sales Activation Marketing Managers in reporting on the in-store activations.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Complete analysis on marketing programs on key metrics as retention, attrition, reactivation, and promotion response</p></li><li><p>Provide post-event analysis of marketing campaigns and activations, recommending and implementing changes to improve the return on investment and profitability of future campaigns</p></li><li><p>Assists the SA teams on monthly Executive management reporting</p></li><li><p>Assist business managers in answering key questions by translating analytic data into actionable briefs recommending a course of action</p></li><li><p>Coordinate all data feeds</p></li><li><p>Manage current and evolving database enhancements</p></li><li><p>Utilize data manipulation and modeling techniques to prepare and analyze database trend reports</p></li><li><p>Liaise with business units on the development of ad hoc customer analyses</p></li><li><p>Create & distribute executive reporting documents, articulate findings & recommendations</p></li><li><p>Perform other related duties as requested</p></li><li><p>General support on marketing projects</p></li></ul><p></p><p>The Ideal Candidate:</p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of experience in in analytics and measurement within a fashion retail business</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree required, preferred in areas of Statistics, Math, Economics, Business/Marketing, or related area.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in database reporting tools, such as SAP, Business Objects and Tableau required.</p></li><li><p>Statistical or data science modelling experience</p></li><li><p>Experience working with (very) large and unstructured datasets</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills & strong presentation skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced knowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac programs (Pages, Keynote)</p></li><li><p>Business fluency in English (written & verbal)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Project management ability; managing communication, timelines, defining clear objectives, and delivering key insights on analytical questions in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SAS, SPSS, R preferred but not required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li><p>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus, complete with our very own People's Place Gym and People's PlaceCafs</p></li><li><p>A companyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</p></li><li><p>Asmart work programthatempowers our associates to work at their preferred location within a flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>A chance to unwind with weekly social activities</p></li></ul><p><br />Please include an up to date portfolio and motivational letter with your application.
