Achieve the sales target in the consignment distribution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Keeping smooth communication with consignee, to infill the consignee with brand culture. Leading consignee team to finish KPI.
- Setting monthly goals for consignment stores to make sure the achievement of the goals.
- To oversee Sichuan daily business, store-image and store service
- Analyzing sales and making action plans for those "bad-performance" stores.
- Controlling expenses of consignment are such as ordering shopping material
- Application of promotions
- Shop visit, finding problems regarding staff, products and mall and solving them
- Monthly stock taking
- Negotiation contract clauses with legal department and landlords
- Shop payment application
- Outdoor posters application
- Develop business in Sichuan and keep good communication with consignee.
- New projects, relocations and renovations follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least3 years relevant working experience in sizeable international Franchise management business
- Microsoft office skill: Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong ability of data analysis
