<p><b><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></b></p><p></p><p>Achieve the sales target in the consignment distribution.</p><p></p><p><b><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></b></p><ul><li>Keeping smooth communication with consignee, to infill the consignee with brand culture. Leading consignee team to finish KPI.</li><li>Setting monthly goals for consignment stores to make sure the achievement of the goals.</li><li>To oversee Sichuan daily business, store-image and store service</li><li>Analyzing sales and making action plans for those "bad-performance" stores.</li><li>Controlling expenses of consignment are such as ordering shopping material</li><li>Application of promotions</li><li>Shop visit, finding problems regarding staff, products and mall and solving them</li><li>Monthly stock taking</li><li>Negotiation contract clauses with legal department and landlords</li><li>Shop payment application</li><li>Outdoor posters application</li><li>Develop business in Sichuan and keep good communication with consignee.</li><li>New projects, relocations and renovations follow-up</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Experience: </b></b></p><ul><li>At least3 years relevant working experience in sizeable international Franchise management business</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Skills: </b></b></p><ul><li>Microsoft office skill: Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong ability of data analysis</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Education: </b></b>Bachelor Degree</p>","industry":"Retail"
