Thats the Power of PVH.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p><span>Financial & Tax Reporting Team focuses on both Financial as well as Tax reporting and accounting and has in total 15 associates. Almost all positions concern specialist areas where a solid knowledge of Financial Accounting and/or Tax accounting is key. This is visible in the high level of education each associate has, with almost all associates having completed their Masters. Focus areas include Month-end/Quarterly/Year-end close activities, external Audits on both US GAAP as well as Statutory Audits, P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow reporting, Tax declaration, guidance and implementation of US GAAP policies with a continued focus on driving optimization and automation.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Position </b></p><p><span>The Financial Analyst</span> <span>is responsible f</span>or the accounting, reviewing, planning and evaluating of the Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements and related processes and striving for further optimization, improvement and automation.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Assisting in preparing, analysing, reviewing and evaluating actual Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements for the PVH Europe company</p></li><li><p>Assisting in preparation of PVH Europe Balance Sheet budgets and forecasts including additional disclosures</p></li><li><p>Support on designing, monitoring and analysing of financial key performance indicators and related deliverables</p></li><li><p>Preparation of working capital financial plan and variance analysis</p></li><li><p>Development of inventory dashboards and additional reporting cross channel</p></li><li><p>Pro forma cash flow statement planning and liaising with Treasury</p></li><li><p>Participating in month-end closure activities like stock reporting, stock reclassifications and goods in transit</p></li><li><p>Involvement in further process improvements and related business projects</p></li><li><p>Participation and support in lease accounting</p></li><li><p>Internal controls in compliance with SOX and Audit requirements</p></li><li><p>Preparation of information for senior management both structured and on an ad hoc basis (dashboarding, board decks, presentations)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience. Experience within retail and/or fashion industry preferred</p></li><li><p>Masters in Finance / Business Administration.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in BI, strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, BW, BPC, HANA, Tableau)</p></li><li><p>Proactive, organized self-starter able to drive projects to completion and flexible & deadline oriented</p></li><li><p>Strong team player. Fitting in our casual company culture</p></li><li><p>People management skills as well as being able to make an impact in a Matrix organisation</p></li><li><p>Ability to solve complex problems and dealing with a wide range of issues.</p></li><li><p>Able to clearly articulate finance topics in plain language to various stakeholders.
