Job Description

PVH Corp. seeks an experienced QA and Software Automation Test Engineer to join the QA and Testing team whose primary focus will be to strengthen PVH IT quality and testing methodologies and practices. The chosen candidate will assist in planning, designing and delivering solutions and methodologies in software quality control testing and analysis for the PVH IT Organization. She / He will partner with the application teams to create and implement high quality software by introducing industry best practices and standards, based on a repeatable testing framework and reference metrics and tools.

The span of responsibility will be global, and the chosen candidate will be part of our ongoing quality improvements across our legacy and more modernized IT Global landscape.

  • Participate in the development of IT strategic Quality Assurance plan; review testing processes and standards as well as ensuring team members adherence to compliance.

  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiency through new tools, techniques and technologies. Ability to provide value-add, quality control process improvement recommendations

  • Experienced in developing, maintaining and executing automation and performance test scripts using industry standard design patterns / architecture and tools

  • Create test plans and develop Standards and Procedures to Determine Product Quality and Release Readiness

  • Provide guidance to various teams on best practice for performing Manual and Automated Testing

  • Provide recommendations in the area of automation delivery using industry leading tools and solutions specifically Tricentis TOSCA and Selenium

  • Research and analyze product features being tested and review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

  • Educate, coach and mentor teams in definingtestingscope, delivery roadmaps, test strategy, test plans, test schedule, test estimates and test

  • Drive Innovation and Streamline Overall Testing Process

  • Provide consultation on industry best practices for executing FunctionalTesting, RegressionTesting, BackendTesting, SmokeTesting, SystemTesting, IntegrationTestingand User AcceptanceTesting(UAT).

  • Specify and build appropriate test environments to support various applications and platforms

  • Assist in the delivery of testingstatus tracking and metrics via reporting to stakeholders.

  • Responsible for the administration of Micro Focus ALM system and assist teams in the creating of projects within the tool.

  • Defining and implementing enterprise test data management & defect management frameworks.



  • 5+ years of experience as an Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

  • Experience with Automation testing tools TOSCA and Selenium including the designing and execution of automation test packs

  • Experience with Micro Focus Application Life Management System; Proficient with site and project administration

  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Software Test Life Cycle (STLC), QA Strategy and Methodologies (Waterfall,Agile,LEAN& RAPID)

  • Expert understanding of end user requirements with ability to develop test plans and scripts.

  • Full project life cycle experience in a Quality Assurance and Testing capacity

  • Excellent knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) andtestingmethodologies from project definition to post-deployment documentation.

  • Experience in planning, coordinating andtestingof Web-based, Client Server and Mobile applications

  • Experience in developing QA metrics and tracking quality.

  • Solid understanding of setting up and working in QA Testing Environments


  • BS in Information Systems or equivalent experience

  • Certification in the disciplines of Quality Assurance and or Software testing a plus


  • Experienced in Automated Test Tools TOSCA, Selenium, UFT

  • Working Knowledge in Programming Languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, VB Script, HTML, CSS, WSDL, XML

  • Technical / Performance testing experience i.e.: Load Runner

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Excel, Power point, Word, Visio

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Result oriented, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues/topics

  • Ability to prioritize work load , multi task and react quickly to meet stakeholder expectations

  • Ability to thrive in high pressure situations while continuing to be delivery focused

  • Strong coordination & effective communication with multiple stakeholders involving business owners, IT technical teams, PMO, VMO & 3rd party vendor teams & consultants
