You will be responsible for product allocation and in-season management and work closely with our stores through effective communication and information flows, to ensure optimal performance and stock levels. Youll be part of the Merchandise Planning team responsible for the budgeting, range building and product trading strategy for the NL business. </p><p></p><p>The Senior Allocator plays an integral role providing accurate information for allocation planning, stock replenishment and trading purposes to ensure stock is directed to stores in the right volumes at the right time to optimize profitability.</p><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities:</i></b></p><p></p><p>Allocation & In Season Management:</p><ul><li><p>Execute an allocation strategy in partnership with the planner, managing initial allocations and in-season replenishment of goods, monitor and adjust replenishment parameters to create optimal stock level across all channels</p></li><li><p><span>Manage automatic replenishment for non-seasonal product and proactively make adjustments based on sales trends, seasonality factors, business needs, etc.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor option performance at the store/option/size level and recommend additional buys, markdowns, transfers or consolidations.</span></p></li><li><p>Responsible for preparing seasonal reports and analysis to support and drive the performance at store level.</p></li><li><p>Owning the system markdowns and making key recommendations and strategic insights</p></li><li><p>Monitor order status and shipping performance, keeping on track with monthly delivery drops and flagging any potential delays in the processing of goods to the stores.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Communication:</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for day-to-day information flow and communication with Retail, DC, Operations etc. regarding requests/questions etc. (e.g. replenishment suggestions, deliveries etc.).</p></li><li><p>Serve as the main contact person between the stores and corporate office regarding stock management questions including Seasonal Sale and Returns</p></li><li><p>Create, maintain and distribute weekly allocation/shipping status and track all open orders</p></li><li><p>Support the planner on all weekly and seasonal analysis and be a key member of the Buying and Planning team to deliver insights into weekly trade actions and long term forecasts</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You:</b></p><ul><li><p>At least 1-2 years relevant experience in allocation and/or business related field.</p></li><li><p>Youre educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally a degree with Mathematical bias.</p></li><li><p>Experienced with merchandise management systems & processes</p></li><li><p>Communication skills and ability to work in a team</p></li><li><p>Highly commercial and analytical skills</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and detailed oriented</p></li><li><p>Structured and reliable work ethic</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize a demanding, workload and time manage effectively</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English language - verbal and written</p></li><li><p>PC literate with advanced Excel skills and basic understanding of formula creation and large data management. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About What We Offer:</b></p><p></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organization is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
