The Global Marketing Management team is the centralized content management and creation function of our brands global marketing hub. The Creative Producer is a pivotal role for our team and the interface with the Creative Marketing team. Key contact to production teams and responsible for project production deadlines and budgets.
Youll be driving process implementation, resourcing and managing project teams, facilitating creative workflow, managing external vendors, shooting and producing creative assets, ensuring production quality and making sure work is delivered accurately, on budget and within deadline. Evaluating all aspects of imagery production and constantly seeking out efficiencies and improvements in day-to-day workflow, identifying and driving forward potential improvements and implementing them.
Areas of responsibility including but not limited to the following:
Planning and managing creative and studio resource for current and future projects workflow.
Monitor daily resourcing and activities for project teams. Work with Creative Operations to monitor creative scheduling and forecast project needs.
Planning and budgeting time, scheduling reviews and routing approvals and feedback
Responsibility for project deadlines. Compiling timing plans, keeping the team updated as projects progress and seeking to resolve issues before problems arise
Implement (RACI) process for project kick off / planning / approvals with key stakeholders
Responsibility for project production budgets, estimating costs, raising purchase orders and handling invoice queries
Pre-production incl. booking creative talent, locations, production teams, styling, travel bookings and estimating costs
Co-ordinating pre-prod meetings and routing all approvals prior to shooting
Shoot logistics and attendance, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled
Negotiating usages, costs and timings. Management of shoot budgets, ensuring production estimates are approved by budget holders before incurring costs
Post-production including retouching, editing, producing master files and adaptations/versions
Key contact to production teams and end responsible for project deadlines and budgets
Asset Management & Admin
Up-to-date creative planning and project overviews
Immaculate filing. Maintaining orderly job folders and planning documents
Ensuring all final assets are updated and filed correctly
Researching, implementing and maintaining database for our creative imagery, videos and brand assets
Administering all related paperwork, PO's, invoices, releases, allocating and recharging hours and external costs. Financial reconciliations and reporting
Keeping detailed records of all contracts, image usages, agreements, negotiations, cost estimates
