The team are essential to the PVH wholesale business; they are a central point for communication, managing and influencing a wide variety of stakeholders internally and externally in order to deliver operational excellence.</p><p>The team are an ambitious, motivated and focused group of people all working hard to achieve the departments vision, to be the best wholesale operations team in the industry. There is no better time to join them.<br /><br />Reporting in to the Wholesale Operations Manager the Senior Account Specialist plays a key leadership role in supporting the Operations Manager and peers within the team.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><p>Management support, ad hoc request including but not limited to covering, reporting, holding 1to1s, attending meetings in a managers absence.</p></li><li><p>Pre-empt possible impacts to the team, problem solve and provide a well thought out perspective and suggestions.</p></li><li><p>Influence the team to have a mature and professional approach. Invest in the teams development and support success within the team. Support in preparing the team to be ready to progress in the business.</p></li><li><p>Communicate effectively; ensure correct communication is provided in a timely manner and to the right internal/external stakeholder.</p></li><li><p>Trainer lead for the Wholesale Operations Department; 1)New starter training - establish and maintain a New Starter process and training pack with a check-in with the manager and the new starter on any additional training that may be required.</p></li><li><p>Existing Team members - new process/system/updates refresher training. Identify a pattern for regular in house training and deliver said training. 3)Sales Team- New starter pack and Market Launch training.</p></li><li><p>Point of contact for Customer Set Up and Customer Master Data, Maintenance of customers master data. Educate the team and encourage them to be aware of any implications to the data.</p></li><li><p>Credit control point of contact, identify any stumbling blocks across internal stakeholders and influence change and alignment to benefit the business. Provide visibility and challenge credit block customers. Empower the team influence within their control.</p></li><li><p>Market Operations updates and communications; Utilise your UKI market operations VC to escalate and flag any issues. Establish and maintain a successful cross function relationship. Attend the weekly All Market VC, analysis any impacts to our Orderbook, communicate and instruct the team accordingly. Communicate effectively to internal stakeholders where necessary.</p></li><li><p>Attending meetings on behalf of the team, feedback to team and management accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Seasonal Management, establish and maintain a visible seasonal calendar for the department to follow, highlighting where action needs to be taken and key dates the department need to be aware of. Manage and communicate the Capsules process.</p></li><li><p>Admin team management; Encompassing the support required for the entire team, be accountable for the structure of the admin team and how it operates as a function in the department ensuring quality and productivity is consistent and in line with the business needs. Motivate and manage a high performing team, conducting one to ones and performance reviews. Invest in the teams development and drive success in the team. Prepare the team to be ready to progress in the business.</p></li><li><p>Working with other Senior Account Specialists and take shared ownership of the department reporting. Analysis and distribute. Providing visibility on the Orderbook to the wider business and supporting the team when providing management with an update (1to1s).</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of your participation in projects. Be proactive in your contribution and ensure you hit milestones and align with others on the project.</p></li><li><p>Team meetings - Be positive and engaging in all meetings. Lead by example in participation. Utilise your section on the department meeting to keep the team up to date on any market operations topics but also any projects you are working on.</p></li><li><p>Ensure deadlines are met and general administration is completed as required by the Wholesale Operations Manager and Head of Operations.</p></li><li><p>Communicate and implement an agreed team cover plan. Ensure the team take ownership of training people on the plan. Propose any changes to the managers and recommunicate.</p></li><li><p>Work in collaboration with Management team and the other Seniors to ensure best practice and consistency across the teams. Cover the other Seniors when needed and ensure they are trained to cover you.</p></li><li><p>Be a point of contact for the team on adhoc queries such as; HANA, SAP, Market Ops, Mendix, Training/Coverplan, seasonal deadlines, Capsules/ABO, and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Supporting the department and management with any ad hoc requests.</p></li><li><p>Be accountable for your development at PVH, take ownership of the steps you need to take.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About</i> YOU</b></p><ul><li><p>You'll have previous experience working within fashion, wholesale or retail logistics in a similar role /with e-commerce accounts.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in SAP is preferred.</p></li><li><p>You'll have advanced Excel skills.</p></li><li><p>You'll have experience on working with EDI accounts.</p></li><li><p>You'll be highly analytical and data driven.</p></li><li><p>Youll have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.</p></li><li><p>Youll be a commercially
