&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;b&gt;POSITION SUMMARY: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The position is required to manage CKU shops in Shenzhen, mainly responsible for on-site operation, and constantly enhance store performance &amp; staff productivity.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist CKU Retail Operation Manager in stores operations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage stores inventory in a rational manner.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;","industry":"Retail"
