Asthe Lead Developer inour new Mendix Center of Excellence you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining Mendix Applications and promoting the use of Mendix in our company.You will be responsible for creating a team where focus onquality, performance under load and building portable and reusable solutions are key. You willalsobe working closely with our internal business teams to architect and build Mendix Applications that modernize and streamlinethePVH business.

Develop Applications that are scalable and high performing
Deliverbest practices to ensure teams delivermaintainable code
Work with technical and business teams to identify improvements for existing and new core services, define the solution direction
Liaise with other tech leads, architects and communities to ensure knowledge sharing
The Ideal Candidate:
Is inspiring and exudes energy and passion for IT solutions
Is focused on collaboration, including with non-tech people
Actively seeks help and feedback, but is not afraid to give feedback either
Is curious and always looks out for innovation opportunities in his/her focus area
Has 5+ years experience in Software development
Has 2+ years Full time Mendix Development experience
Has excellent knowledge and understanding of Software best practices and data-centric solution design
Has experience with Agile / DevOps way of working
Has experience with Amazon AWS (or Google/Azure)
Mendix Advanced certification is a plus
Knowledge of technologies like GraphQL, Kafka, Couchbase, MsSQL and OData is a plus
Experience with working in Jira and Confluence is a plus
