We`re searching for talented individuals whose mission will be to continuously improve the digital experience in digital workplaces by understanding user needs and translating operational needs into technical requirements as well as establishing training programs to ensure applications are used in the right way and in the right context.
A day in the life of a PRODUCT OWNER INTERNAL TOOLS & Trainings (m/f/x):
You will own the tool landscape and make its potential transparent for all users
You will conduct surveys to capture the sentiment of the users, analyze technical metrics and combine both to uncover operational fields of action
Digital Experience Score: you will define and implement user experience KPI's to monitor organizational productivity
You will establish, run and review training programs according to the skills and needs of the users
You will support the local Service Desk team to frequently review service levels and establish new standards
What do we need from you? You have:
University Degree or comparable qualification
A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable function in an enterprise company
Hands-on mentality and passion to work with end-users
Tech affinity and flair for digital trends
Experience of working with ServiceNow and Nexthink is a plus
A high degree of organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication skills (written and spoken German and English)
