We strive to be an employer of choice to <i>drive fashion forward for good.</i></p><p></p><p>The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.</p><p></p><p>We`re searching for talented individuals whose mission will be to continuously improve the digital experience in digital workplaces by understanding user needs and translating operational needs into technical requirements as well as establishing training programs to ensure applications are used in the right way and in the right context.</p><p></p><p><b>A day in the life of a PRODUCT OWNER INTERNAL TOOLS & Trainings (m/f/x):</b></p><ul><li><p>You will own the tool landscape and make its potential transparent for all users</p></li><li><p>You will conduct surveys to capture the sentiment of the users, analyze technical metrics and combine both to uncover operational fields of action</p></li><li><p>Digital Experience Score: you will define and implement user experience KPI's to monitor organizational productivity</p></li><li><p>You will establish, run and review training programs according to the skills and needs of the users</p></li><li><p>You will support the local Service Desk team to frequently review service levels and establish new standards</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do we need from you?
