Our goal is to become the ultimate Fashion Tech brand.</p><p>Our Technology team is the driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the companys growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.</p><p></p><p><b>Description:</b></p><p>We are looking for a head of platforms who can navigate between the technology leadership, solution development teams, business stakeholders and external parties, defining the (technical) strategy and roadmap to ensuring new and existing products and services on our strategic development and integration platforms.</p><p></p><p><u>You are:</u></p><ul><li><p>A senior IT professional with a passion for, or experience with, excellent leadership skills</p></li><li><p>A prime example of a cross domain collaborator</p></li><li><p>Energetic, enthusiastic and a good listener</p></li><li><p>Experienced, professional and inquisitive</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>You will:</u></p><ul><li><p>Be responsible for the evolving technology and teams delivering software development and integration platforms</p></li><li><p>Build the IT strategy and roadmap of your area(s), in collaboration with the Director of Technology Architecture and Platforms</p></li><li><p>Be responsible for team composition, sizing and performance.
