<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p></p><p>The Art Director, Global Concepts oversees the global graphic and product branding strategy, seasonal graphic and print stories, and art direction of all photoshoots. They will also be responsible for design presentation consistency, as well as pulling together the seasonal global concept presentations. </p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Leads the on-product branding strategy across all categories to create consistency and build equity in brandmarks.</li><li>Leads cohesion across presentation platforms for all design teams.</li><li>Leads the seasonal print and graphic concept design and development for all Calvin Klein categories in relation to the overall Global Concept direction.</li><li>Works closely with the VP and Global Concept team to build out season direction both physically and digitally.</li><li>Creates presentations for the EVP Global Design.</li><li>Creates consistency in art direction for all design led photoshoots in relation to the Global Concept direction.</li><li>Works with production and the CMO on producing the Global Concept seasonal magazine.</li><li>Works closely with leads of all design functions after the Global Concept kick-off to maintain one brand vision throughout the season.</li></ul><ul><li>Researches concepts, graphics and prints seasonally.</li><li>Travels for inspiration and research as well as to trade shows to observe culture and trend.</li><li>Manages development of staff selection, training, development and performance evaluations.</li><li>Ensures timely development of line by adhering to time and action calendar.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>_______________________________________________________</b></p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b>10+ years of experience in Graphic Design and Art Direction.</p><p></p><p><b>Education: </b>Bachelors Degree in related field.</p><p></p><p><b>Skills: </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Highly collaborative and motivated by working in a collective.</li><li>Creative and strategic.</li><li>Visionary with ability to think big picture.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to establish good relationships with key parties and department staff.</li><li>Positive solution oriented</li><li>Highly adaptable, invigorated by change</li><li>Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized and detail oriented.</li><li>Flexibility to deadline demands, seasonal schedules.</li></ul><div><p></p></div><p><b>INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Internal: </b>EVP Global Design, VP Design Global Concepts, Global Concepts team, Design</p><p>Leads across divisions/categories.
