<p><b>Position Summary: </b></p><p><span>The SAP Functional Analyst will be a member of the TPG Americas Regional Support Team, and provide application support for SAPs S4 Fashion Solution for the Retail, Sales and Distribution, and Materials Management modules as well as provide continuous training and mentoring for junior members of the team.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This position will provide end-user support as well as support continuous improvement activities and interfaces across PVHs application administration and architecture teams. The TPG Americas Regional Support Team will be the initial contact for any business support-related activities pertaining to the SAP S4 Fashion Solution. This position will be responsible for triaging requests and routing them to the appropriately tiered groups for resolution (either Regional or Global teams).</span></p><p></p><p><b>Primary Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide functional and technical support for SAP S4 Retail/CAR, SD and MM modules to business partners while performing continuous knowledge transfer to more junior members of the team</p></li><li><p>Engage the internal business customers to identify resolutions for issues raised, and work with Global team Leads to coordinate this activity. This requires understanding the various processes within SAP for example PO creation, item receipts, sales posting, distribution creation and being able to diagnose if the issue a business partner is experiencing is due to a genuine system issue, intended system functionality, or if further training is needed</p></li><li><p>Provide training and coaching to end-users, guiding the business on the appropriate use of the S4 modules</p></li><li><p>Work closely with non-SAP TPG groups that need to interface to S4 modules supported by the Regional Team. For example, the front-end POS system and the Warehouse Management System have multiple interfaces in and out of the SAP modules we will support. Understanding those interfaces, what data they share, and being able to troubleshoot issues would be required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>5-8 years of related experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education: </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree Required</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge/Skills Required:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>5 plus years of systems and business analysis experience.
