<p>This position supports the Sr Manager Visual Merchandising & Creative Services while creating the floor concept for Kids. This role will work closely with Visual Merchandising, Visual Projects, Merchandising, Field, Planning & Allocation partners.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Responsibilities:</b></span></p><p><b>Merchandising Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Focused accountability on Kids Apparel and Kids Accessories</li><li>Act as main visual merchandising point person to Kids Merchant/Planning teams</li><li>Responsible for merchandising new creative presentations for all Kids merchandising strategies, seasonally:<ul><li>Collaborate with CFT teams to understand Kids strategies vision and needs</li><li>Strategize and render key presentations in collaboration with CFT and Merchandising Team partners prior to Buy Review</li></ul></li><li>Responsible for merchandising new creative presentations for all Kids Live Floorset setups, seasonally:<ul><li>Partner with Merch Planning & Allocation Team to determine any sku updates/changes in preparation for Live Floorset</li><li>Collaborate with CFT teams to review Floorset presentations prior to Live Floorset</li><li>Execute Live Floorset presentations in collaboration with CFT and Merchandising Team partners</li><li>Attend and participate in all Live Floorset work throughs and team walkthroughs</li></ul></li><li>Execute seasonal displays and mannequins for Kids</li><li>Must be able to participate in/manage the merchandising of other departments at any time</li><li>Oversee organization of Kids apparel and accessories samples</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Planning Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Responsible for seasonal high level mapping and monthly Linear Maps for all sku ranks:<ul><li>Utilize Merchant buys to determine ideal presentation space for all ranks.</li><li>Create Linear Maps and fixture breakouts for each rank, based on high level mapping. Determine space allocation for each layer up/layer down.</li><li>Update maps as needed throughout the season</li><li>Finalize all monthly maps for inclusion in field postings</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Create, manage and update Kids apparel and accessories Line Lists with SKU information and visual merchandising notes for each season</li><li>Partner with Merchant and Planning teams on all carryover SKUs for Line Lists prior to Live Floorset. Based on space, total SKUs on floor & presentation, advise on final carryover styles list</li><li>Responsible for creating the Virtual Floor Concept (VFC), on a monthly basis:<ul><li>Manage the Visual Planning process of virtual floorset direction to stores</li><li>Use Adobe Suite for photo editing and document building</li><li>Oversee and manage the creation of all Mattertags, on a monthly basis</li><li>Create Visual directive updates as needed</li></ul></li><li>Participate in store visits, work-throughs and new store openings, as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><span>College degree in Visual, Marketing preferred or relevant visual retail experience</span></li><li><span>1-3 years of experience in Visual or Retail position</span></li><li><p>High aesthetic and excellent visual merchandising skills</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize</p></li><li><p>Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of Excel</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills</p></li><li><p>Professional demeanor and proactive approach</p></li><li><p>Ability to interface with all levels within the organization</p></li><li><p>Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel</p></li></ul><p>#LI-CS1</p><div class = "countryDisclaimer"> <p style="font-style: italic;">PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
