<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the SVP of Strategy, and working directly with the Calvin Klein and The Underwear Group leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic plans that drive long-term sustainable profitable growth and deliver positive impact for our brands. You will focus primarily on supporting The Underwear Group and its portfolio of brands.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Advise leadership team on strategies to build and grow our brands</li><li>Work closely with leaders on brand, product, marketing & distribution strategies and growth opportunities, and influence execution across teams</li><li>Operationalize strategies across cross-functional and cross-regional teams, working across all levels</li><li>Lead the PVH strategic planning process for The Underwear Group</li><li>Carry-out strategic analysis to solve business questions and uncover new opportunities. Develop recommendation and define roadmap to execution</li><li>Deliver business and market insights to support decision-making</li><li>Develop strategic communications and executive presentations for CEO & leadership team, including annual Strategy and Budget presentations</li><li>Foster the development of team members through sharing of knowledge and best practices</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience & Skills: </b></p><ul><li>8-10+ years experience working in a strategy role, preferably in the consumer / retail space, including 2-4 years in consulting</li><li>Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the consumer</li><li>Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Ability to deal with new & complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions</li><li>Strong communication skills, both oral & written. Ability to synthesize information, present effectively, influence highest level of organization</li><li>Flexible & open to change. Adapts to new priorities & environment</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>University Bachelor degree.
