Through select licensees, Tommy Hilfiger offers complementary lifestyle products such as eyewear, watches, fragrance, swimwear, socks, small leather goods, home goods and luggage.</p><p></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>The European Media team is seven people strong, and partners with Brand Marketing, Consumer Journey, Omni and Ecommerce, across multiple project divisions in 18 markets. Our role is to ensure that our message - whatever phase of the consumer journey - reaches the right consumer at the right moment. Together with our agency of record, our mission is to drive Tommy Hilfigers media practice to new heights, embracing innovation and continual improvement through a Test & Learn mentality.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>The Position</b></p><p>Reporting directly into the Director for Paid Media, you are responsible to drive Ecommerce net revenue and sign-ups to our consumer database through Paid Media activities in 18 countries in Europe. You are working closely with your colleagues on the Paid Media team to ensure that mid funnel activities are effectively supporting your targets, whilst aligning with the Ecommerce team on roadmap and calendar. With the support of our Paid Media agency of record, you will drive the strategy, planning, forecasting and optimization of an efficient mix of Paid Social and Display Programmatic.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Strategize, plan and supervise the execution of all lower funnel activities in Paid Social and Display to deliver on targets of Ecommerce net revenue and consumer sign-ups</p></li><li><p>Autonomously manage budgets, forecast our always-on activities to a monthly ROAS target, ensure performance measurement and deliver robust and consistent reporting on all activities to key stakeholders, and demonstrate growth through quarterly business reviews</p></li><li><p>Design bidding strategies, audience targeting and creative strategy that drive performance at scale, and generate insights and identify trends to continuously optimize spend and performance with a test&learn mindset</p></li><li><p>Stay up-to-date with new platforms, ad formats and practices to develop disruptive and creative growth hacking strategies, and plan, execute, and measure experiments</p></li><li><p>Evaluate emerging technologies and identify and implement automation where appropriate</p></li><li><p>Work as part of and closely together with the Paid Media team for an efficient and effective full-funnel strategy, and align activities with the Ecommerce site merchandizing calendar, Search and Affiliate, in order to design, build and maintain the Ecommerce media activation roadmap with the best chance for success</p></li><li><p>Brief and manage the Paid Media agency to faultlessly activate campaigns in the most efficient and effective manner</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>5+ years experience in Ecommerce Performance Media, out of which at least 2 years client-side, at a Digital-forward brand</p></li><li><p>Expert in Paid Social and Display Programmatic, with working knowledge of analytics and bid management platforms (mainly FB Manager, Google Ads, GA, Smartly) and experience in forecasting budgets to a ROAS target</p></li><li><p>Understanding of Paid Media full-funnel strategy and planning, and the principles of SEM and Affiliate</p></li><li><p>Team player with a challenger mindset, who is not complacent with efficient results but takes ownership and enjoys delivering incremental growth</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and numerical skills, creative thinker, ready to disrupt, yet practical and solutions orientated</p></li><li><p>Embracing a fast-changing business environment, able to hold your own throughout your day to day dealing whilst keeping attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Outstanding communication, capable to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and to manage agency and partners through clear and concise communication</p></li><li><p>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us:</b></p><ul><li><p>A company culture that fosters development, offering training and learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality, and individuality</p></li><li><p>A monthlyCovidhome- office budget</p></li><li><p>A smart work program that empowers our associates to work from home in the Netherlands, within a flexibleschedule</p></li><li><p>A beautiful state-of-the-art Campus awaiting you upon our return to theoffice</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Please include an up to date portfolio and motivational letter with your application.
