The Team

The Supply Chain Process Development department works with all product divisions, markets and departments within PVH for the brands: Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The Department drives synergies and streamlines processes and tools across all supply chain areas to raise efficiency and drive profitability. It acts as a link between business and IT to provide tools and new developments in the area of supply chain processes.

The department works cross-functional with Central Operations, IT, Warehouse, other departments within the supply chain process and the local markets.

The Position

Our ambition is to develop, drive and deliver improvements of processes, systems and organizations across the supply chain, to achieve the company goals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our PVH Supply Chain Process Development Department. In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for the wholesale processes within our supply chain.

You will also be a member of the OTCW (Order to Cash Wholesale) Scrum team working closely with our technical colleagues.

There will be a close cooperation with other teams within SCPD, IT, Central Operations, Warehouse, Markets and other departments within the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on and initiate process development and identify areas that need improvement

  • Lead cross departmental projects initiated by the Process Development team

  • Lead cross departmental projects, initiated by other departments, with expertise on wholesale processes.

  • Work closely with IT and participate in IT/business related projects.

  • Support Process Development Manager on analyzing, mapping and improving business processes.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minumum 5 years experience in a related field

  • Master or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Business Studies, Supply Chain process or other appropriate education

  • Working experience in the supply chain area and process development

  • Experience in project and stakeholder management

  • Good understanding of the order to cash flow process

  • Ability to understand and map complex processes

  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and ability to work in multi-cultural & multi-lingual environment

  • Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio), SAP experience is required, C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) experience beneficial

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills, strong team player with ability to influence others

  • Ambitious, motivated and able to perform in hectic and fast moving work environment

  • Problem solver and Can do mentality

  • Interest in apparel/fashion business
