Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

To assist the Supervisor in performing the financial accounting jobs for month end accounts close, handling account receivable function , handling monthly schedule & reconciliation and preparing expense analysis and reporting.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Perform daily accounting duties including preparing A/R invoices, payments, bank book and bank reconciliations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and debtor collection
  • Prepare the Aging report and monthly schedule
  • Send and follow up the customer statement of account and payment
  • Liaise with customers on payment settlement matters
  • Handling accounting operations including general ledger, accounting receivable ledger, accounting entries, and month-end closing
  • Responsible for preparing monthly accounts closing and quarterly reporting
  • Handle ad hoc accounting assignment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 8 years relevant experience in Finance/ Accounting field
  • Prior experience with retail / wholesale and US multinationals preferred
  • Education: Professional diploma or Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
  • Holder of Qualified Accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent would be given priority but not a must;
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well knowledge in MS Excel is a must
  • Knowledge in SAP/HFM/ ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, responsible, diligent and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred.
