Our role is to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion by ensuring that our message - whatever stage of the funnel - reaches the right consumer at the right moment through combining art and science. You will sit at the interaction between Brand & Product Marketing, Communication & Advocacy, E-Com, Creative Studio, CRM, analytics, and external partners.</p><p></p><p><u>The team is based in our Amsterdam headquarter and has 3 key objectives:</u></p><p></p><p><i> Increase brand engagement & consideration in the markets</i></p><p><i> Drive traffic and conversion @ full price</i></p><p><i> Be a pro-active business partner with all stakeholders, internal and external</i>.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Position</b><br /><span>We are searching for a digital native that can own and drive the media buying/trading of Calvin Klein in Europe. As part of the in-house Paid Media team, the Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing campaigns across various online channels. Using your expert, up-to-date grasp of digital marketing strategies and best practices, you will help manage campaigns from concept to execution to analysis.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you will become an integral and highly integrated part of our paid media team with the possibility to directly contribute to the digital excellence and growth of Calvin Klein in Europe. The role reports to our Sr. Manager, Paid Media.</span><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Set up and manage paid media campaigns across various programmatic platforms incl. DV360, YT, Google Ads, as well as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat and more.</p></li><li><p>Full-funnel campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting</p></li><li><p>Manage campaign budgets and spent allocation and billings</p></li><li><p>Lead the relationship and negotiations with publishers on Guaranteed deals, PMPs, value & share of volume per publisher, etc.</p></li><li><p>Develop testing roadmaps across channels working with relevant stakeholders across the business</p></li><li><p>Own relationship with our Communications team and build external partnerships that align with business and divisional objectives, brand identity, and values</p></li><li><p>Create and employ successful audience targeting, bidding, and creative strategies to segment & personalize the experience</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of basic account hygiene tasks incl. feed monitoring and optimization</p></li><li><p>Stay up-to-date on the latest Media/Adv/Tech trends, attend our partners workshops, and proactively suggest new and innovative data-centric solutions</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The Ideal Candidate:</b></p><ul><li><p>5 years experience working in a paid media role on a senior specialist or manager level</p></li><li><p>The ideal candidate has experience working in E-Commerce or a digital agency</p></li><li><p><span>Advanced technical knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms, Feed Mgmt Solutions (ie Lengow), Analytics Tools (Adobe & GA360) and DMPs/CMPs, etc.</span></p></li><li><p>The candidate is highly analytical and skilled in communication, being able to explain and translate consumer data analysis into relevant business questions</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Google Analytics, measurement studies, and attribution models</p></li><li><p>Able to drive large scale projects and influence senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize and manage own time effectively</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as business fluency in English (written & verbal)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Can Expect from Us: </b></p><ul><li><p>Acompanyculturethat fostersdevelopment, offering trainingand learning opportunities through our very own PVH University</p></li><li><p>An international environment which respects diversity, equality,and individuality</p></li><li><p>Amonthly Covid home- office budget</p></li><li><p>Asmart work programthatempowers ourassociates to workfrom home in the Netherlands, withina flexible schedule</p></li><li><p>Abeautifulstate-of-the-artCampus awaiting you upon our return to the office</p></li></ul><p><br />Please include a cover letter with your application.
