Our ability to drive above market growth hinges on the depth of its consumer insights and how well it translates those insights in to effective, commercial actions. To develop deeper understanding of customers and consumers online, this individual will employ a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques that are both innovative and pragmatic.</p><p></p><p>This role will be an influential member of the eCommerce team responsible for driving performance and change across the business. You will be highly consultative and motivated by an innate curiosity to increase trading performance via innovation and collaboration.</p><p></p><p>The role will offer you a platform to challenge existing assumptions, whilst highlighting opportunities to the business for growth and efficiency.</p><p>Your focus will be developing reporting practices, relationships and ideas that will drive customer acquisition, engagement strategies and increase returns on investment.</p><p></p><p>This role sits in the eCommerce team reporting to the UK+ eCommerce Insights & Analytics Manager.</p><p></p><p><i>Responsibilities include:</i></p><ul><li><p>Establish yourself as a go to person and subject matter expert for questions relating to eCommerce Insights and Analytics in our business.</p></li><li><p>Deliver eCommerce Insights reporting. You will be responsible for enabling ecommerce initiatives and account related planning through creating regular (weekly, monthly and ad hoc) tailored customer and consumer reports, combining information from a range of insights tools and data sources.</p></li><li><p>You will use this understanding to offer suggestions and work closely with our eCommerce Development and Digital Marketing teams, providing clear and concise data insights to drive our strategic workstreams and activations.</p></li><li><p>In line with seasonal calendars you will interpret and present data to support business priorities, identifying opportunities and problem solving challenges in order to help grow our categories, channels and business.</p></li><li><p>Support the eComm Insights & Analytics Manager with execution of strategic and ad-hoc eComm tasks and objectives.</p></li><li><p>Develop best in class data lead relationships with our customers to help build collaboration and data sharing.</p></li><li><p>Move eCommerce to the next strategic level; grow, integrate and automate performance tools expanding & embedding eCommerce capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About</i> YOU</b></p><ul><li><p>+3 years experience in an Insights and Analytics role, eCommerce experience advantageous but not essential.</p></li><li><p>+3 years experience in the fashion industry and/or a relevant consumer products industry.</p></li><li><p>A consumer first mind-set with a strong knowledge of the digital landscape.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate an exceptionally high-level understanding of Insights and Analytics, led from data with an enthusiasm for how this can be applied to eCommerce and an omni-channel model.</p></li><li><p>Experience of using analytical tools and applications to draw insights. Advanced knowledge of MS excel combined with experience using traffic monitoring, SEO and BI visualisation tools preferable. SQL experience advantageous but not essential.</p></li><li><p>Ability to identify and present complex ideas in simple ways to large audiences in order to help the business make informed decisions.</p></li><li><p>Confidence to be an expert in digital data, insights and analytics.</p></li><li><p>Ability to look at data, make pragmatic decisions and generate insights and actions to grow the business.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Outstanding analytical skills & attention to detail ability to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities; must be solutions orientated with an ability to flex in order to add value.</p></li><li><p>The individual should have a positive mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce; must seek and deliver fresh opportunities whilst demonstrating an ability to deliver as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, curious mindset with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver projects on time.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>About </i>WHAT WE OFFER</b></p><p></p><p>At PVH, we understand that the success of our organisation is directly related to our hardworking and dedicated associates who contribute their time and talents to help make our Company the success it is.
