<p><b><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></b></p><p>The position is required to manage TH shops in GZ, mainly responsible for on-site operation, and constantly enhance store performance & staff productivity.</p><p></p><p><b><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Assist TOMMY HILFIGER Retail Operation Manager in stores operations.</li><li>Manage stores inventory in a rational manner. </li><li>Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.</li><li>Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.</li><li>Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.</li><li>Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters</li></ul><div><p>Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.</p></div><p></p><p><b><b>INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:</b></b></p><p></p><p><b><b>Internal: </b></b>Retail Operations Team, Support functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT etc).</p><p></p><p><b><b>External: </b></b>Landlord, third-party vendors</p><p></p><p><b><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></b></p><p></p><p>Direct: Retail Manager, GZ&SZ</p><p></p><p>In-Direct: N/A</p><p></p><p><b><b>KEY COMPETENCIES</b></b></p><ul><li>Able to work under pressure and independently.</li></ul><div><ul><li>Strong fashion sense, passionate about Fashion trend</li><li>Assist CKJ Retail Operation Manager in stores operations.</li><li>Manage stores inventory in a rational manner.</li><li>Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.</li><li>Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.</li><li>Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.</li><li>Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters</li><li>Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the co.</li><li></li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></b></p><p><b><b>Experience: </b></b></p><ul><li>At least 5 years experience in retail apparel, minimum 2-3 years Area Supervisor Experience<p></p><p><b><b>Skills: </b></b></p></li><li>Strong communication skills internal and external.</li><li>Computer Skills</li><li>Sales driven</li><li>Out-going personality with strong team work spirit<p></p><p><b><b>Education: </b></b>University graduate in Fashion related majors.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p></p></li></ul>","industry":"Retail"
