Job Description


The Financial Services Analyst will coordinate all Customer Master Maintenance for the corporations A/R and multiple order processing systems. This includes order releases and processing across all companies and divisions., organizing and reviewing all customer files to insure accuracy, and assisting with coordinating financial services activities between Credit / Collections.


  • Processing order release across all lines, companies and divisions to ensure the timely flow of merchandise, this is the last check on all order release that failed the automated release system.
  • Complete credit references from outside venders / trade requests
  • Audit the completion of customer reviews and credit line recommendations in SAP
  • Assist with credit file updates as needed
  • Upload files to On Base and maintain the file database
  • Compile, produce and distribute the weekly Debit Balance report
  • Update Speedo Team Dealer Report monthly
  • Assist in projects as needed
  • Input data monthly into Cash Chart file
  • Special projects as needed


Experience: Prior business experience in finance, accounting or credit

Education: College degree preferred or equivalent experience
