Job Description

Assignment: 6 months (October 1st to March 31st)

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm

This position will be part of the Workday Support Desk and will assist with the following tasks:

  • Reset passwords
  • Perform data corrections
  • Enter information into ticketing system
  • Respond to inquiries via e-mail or verball4

Experience

  • Past Workday HRIS or call center experience a plus

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
