Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role sits in PVH Corp. global communications, a multi-faceted team responsible for editorial, communications, social media, and integrated marketing. We build our corporate brand, amplify our corporate reputation, drive communications & engagement, and create content for our channels.

This person is responsible for coordinating day-to-day ideating, crafting, packaging and posting key messaging on our internal and external platforms. This role connects communications throughout the organization, interacting with communication and division partners across the globe. The Senior Coordinator will work closely with colleagues in content creation, editorial, internal communication, social media, and associate experience to effectively articulate the companys many stories that fuel the Power of PVH.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Take an active role in creating content and posting to our communication platforms

  • Build out content plans that support our editorial calendars

  • Contribute innovative ideas for content and marketing, driving awareness of new trends and advise on how to best engage our key stakeholders

  • Keep up to date on current industry, competitive and other relevant news to maximize our content relevancy, develop opportunistic content, and adapt our language and approach

  • Monitor our channels and inboxes to track engagement and respond when necessary

  • Manage internal trackers to ensure the team is updated on the latest awards, media contacts and subscriptions

  • Create and distribute weekly editorial newsletters globally to key partners and senior leadership

  • Compile, present and distribute recap reports

  • Liaise with our monitoring and corporate reputation vendors to have a pulse on how the company is perceived externally and compared to our peers

  • Have general skills in writing for digital platforms and optimizing reach with SEO

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of writing, editorial, social media, and/or communications experience

  • Previous experience in corporate communications, executive communications, social media, and/or editorial storytelling

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, English, Journalism or Marketing

Skills:

  • Ability to write clear, concise content for all communications that reflect a consistent overall tone with understanding of key audiences

  • Be a comfortable copy editor with strong grammar skills

  • Work confidently under tight deadlines while paying close attention to detail

  • Interest in current events relevant to the social media space and our industry

  • Ability to manage / develop relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership

  • Strong project management skills and have the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Optional but preferred: proficient in all or some of these programs; Monday.com, SocialChorus, Canva, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Populo, Google Analytics, Meltwater, Box, Brightcove, Bitly, Riverside, Adobe Suite, Sprinklr
