Ju-Ju-Be is bursting at the seams with growth we all want. To support that growth and continuous growth, we’re bringing on a Sales Operations Analyst.

This position is responsible for working with all levels of management, including but not limited to Senior Executives, Directors, and Managers in a reporting and analytics role to optimize the business performance of our Sales & Channel organization. You will take a direct role in the compilation and presentation of data for the purposes of forecasting, process improvement, hiring projections, staff development & productivity, program development, and the analysis of technology investment opportunities within the group. You will use sales programs, Business Intelligence tools, and maintain departmental reporting & dashboards to increase efficiency and aid operations. The Senior Analyst will work with a CRM tool, and other sales and marketing related technologies to help support the operations of the Sales organization.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
• Extract data and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity
• Produce and deliver standard sales reports on a routine basis to support Sales & Channel, and company’s operational initiatives
• Work cross functionally to develop reporting/analyses requirements and execute on requirements
• Maintain daily/weekly metrics including defining KPIs, monitoring and tracking individual and team performance across KPIs, refining core metrics, creating data visualizations, developing QA process
• Provide and support ad-hoc reporting services for non-standard issues and analyses
• Understanding of marginal analysis and the ability to calculate ROIs and break-even points
• Understanding of statistical regression analysis and the ability to discern causation from correlation
• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process for one or more product categories
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trend, patterns, correlations, and insights to aid in developing new forecast models and improve existing models
• Understanding of inventory valuation. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and avoid buildup of excess stock
• Key liaison with international and domestic suppliers in coordination of purchase and traffic cycles
• Support international activities including but not limited to; proper classification of goods according to tariff coding system, preparation and processing of import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, and ensure all documentation supplied by businesses constituents meets international compliance measures
• Communicate with suppliers and multiple internal departments to provide updates for incoming shipments, to ensure all product release deadlines are being met
• Regularly analyze freight carriers to determine container maximization and best market pricing
• Work with warehouse to ensure compliance with routing guides and internal operations; prevent, minimize and resolve customer chargebacks
• Enter and update inventory purchase orders including costing updates and variance analysis
• Maintain and update necessary information for duty drawback claims
• Work with Director of Operations to improve inventory turns and minimize excess & obsolete inventories
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops & reviewing professional publications
