If you love online shopping and know what encourages a good online spending spree, then this job could be for you! As a part of the Sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in merchandising the JuJuBe website to provide a fantastic user experience and encourage big money sales. You will be responsible for arranging products by collection, picking strong lifestyle imagery to sell the products, and suggesting promotions that will bolster daily sales. To ensure that the site is functioning at peak performance, you will perform regular audits to ensure that inventory is loaded, images are properly showing, and navigation is properly functioning. Working with the development team, you will implement the discounts and promotions that drive sales. You will suggest improvements to the site and attend regular meetings to prioritize changes and infrastructure upgrades. You will regularly report on revenue and conversion rate, along with the impact that site changes have had on those key metrics.

Using the knowledge gleaned from managing the corporate branded site, you will also manage the Amazon product presentation in Seller Central. To create proper Amazon search strength, you will implement best practices in rewriting descriptions and utilizing categorizations within the Amazon framework. You will ensure that all listings have a rich product experience utilizing A+ content and brand pages. You will research new programs on Amazon and work with the Amazon marketing consultants to ensure that revenue is maximized. Using Amazon tools, you will implement deals and promotions that boost sales velocity in targeted styles and colors. To monitor the ongoing business, you will download and format reports on a weekly basis. Using those reports, you will make regular recommendations on product, marketing, and pricing strategy. You will attend weekly sales meetings to discuss the progress on Amazon and report on major sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for online shopping and factors that affect online shopping conversion. They will have experience with a content management system (CMS), ideally Shopify. They will have experience with Amazon Seller Central and the various programs that Amazon offers to Sellers. They will love spreadsheets and data.

Responsibilities Brand Site:

• Manage the full product catalog including active/inactive status. In stock vs out of stock. Pricing/discounts. Product descriptions and dimensions. Swatches and variants. Video and lifestyle imagery. SEO copy and tagging. Packaging descriptions.
• Manage the relationship with third-party agencies. Ownership of the spend budget holding partner agencies accountable to results and performance including but not limited to paid search, paid social, seo, affiliate, email marketing.
• Manage all automatic email flows in Klaviyo, reviewing results on a monthly basis, continually testing for optimizing engagement and conversion, leveraging QBR suggestions to make improvements and grow revenue.
• Set up and management of weekly marketing email blasts.
• Project manage the scoping and implementation of any new site features or software integrations with Shopify Plus, including but not limited to: SMS messaging, loyalty program, and refer-a-friend capabilities.
• Suggest, test and implement changes on the product detail pages to maximize conversion.
• Categorize the product into collections and properly detail the category landing pages with copy, images, and inbound/outbound linking.
• Suggest and test home page layout changes.
• Create logical order to the products appearing on category pages, prioritizing colors/styles most relevant to the category.
• Link products into meaningful suggestive selling relationships.
• Working with the sales and dev team, implement promotions including discount codes, gift with purchases, flash sales and time-limited pricing drops.
• Manage all promos in Shopify Plus, including set up, testing, and reporting.
• Monitor the site for mobile vs desktop optimization and give the development team feedback on customer comments regarding user experience.
• Working with the product, sales and marketing teams, swap images in key parts of the website to align with product release dates, marketing initiatives and sales promotions.
• Analyze inventory reports on a regular basis to ensure that all products are active on the site. Request inventory transfers into the appropriate warehouse if eCom inventory runs low.
• Run daily and weekly reports on revenue, conversion, traffic, discounts and other key performance metrics for the site. Collate data into a dashboard for reporting to the management team and provide analysis on the effectiveness of various improvement efforts.
• Attend various weekly meetings with sales, marketing, and product teams to collaborate and coordinate efforts, always ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities Amazon Seller Central:

• Manage the full product catalog including active/inactive status. In stock vs out of stock. Pricing/discounts. Product descriptions and dimensions. Swatches and variants. Video and lifestyle imagery. SEO copy and tagging. Packaging descriptions.
• Set up new products on a regular basis and ensure the conformity to Amazon best practices.
• Working with the nominated Amazon consulting firm, rewrite and adapt product descriptions to fit Amazon’s SEO best practices.
• Manage the Amazon marketing spend budget, ensuring target roas and kpi goal results are achieved.
• Ensure that all products are represented with the full array of rich A+ content including robust descriptions, videos, lifestyle photos, photography representing scale, inside shots and detail shots.
• Use best practices to categorize and merchandise the products into the appropriate Amazon categories. Creatively use categories to get awarded Amazon badges such as “Amazon’s Top Choice” or “Best New Product”
• Monitor reviews to ensure that the quality ratings are maximized to the highest level possible.
• When possible, moderate and respond to negative reviews.
• Utilize Amazon software plugins including but not limited to optimizing review capture with Feedback Five, minimizing fees with Valance and conduct competitor research.
• Monitor inventory levels at Amazon, to minimize storage fees, optimize inventory score and replenish inventory as needed.
• Monitor and track third party sellers on seller central, partner with JuJuBe sales and executive team to enforce MAP policy to ensure JuJuBe achieves maximum buy box ownership.
• Download sales reports and enter invoices into the JuJuBe ERP system.
• Analyze sales reports regularly to measure the effectiveness of major initiatives.
• Attend weekly meetings with the external Amazon marketing consultants to ensure that product merchandising and promotions are synced with SEM campaigns.
• Forecast sales for month, quarter and year based on historical data.
• Present analytical findings to management during regular sales channel review meetings.
