Piphany is in search of a Production Manager to join the team in San Clemente, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
Piphany is a women’s contemporary fashion brand operating in San Clemente, California. We are looking for a Production Manager to manage all stages of the production process. The ideal Production Manager is motivated, highly organized, results oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Plan and manage all production activities from Sales Order placement to warehouse delivery.
• Order Creation: alignment with seasonal forecasting, collecting design and product details, submission and production calendar management.
•Vendor Communication: price negotiations, quality checks, timeline management, and logistics/routing planning.
•Manage finished goods planning and coordinate inventory management including AO stocks and exit strategies
• Communication Liaison of production to management, sales, finance, and design: keeping all necessary teams abreast of order statuses, goals, and timelines.
•Organize and track purchasing, samples and company feedback on products
• Report creation and maintenance: volume reporting, variance reports, and scheduling reports.
