We are currently seeking Independent Sales Representatives in the following territories:
- Great Lakes: Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana
- South: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi

General Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for strengthening the Nau brand in the Territory by developing wholesale distribution in the Outdoor and Lifestyle sales channels, executing seasonal sales and marketing support to successfully drive retail sell-through, and strengthening and expanding Nau’s customer relationships to ensure long-term sustained growth and profitability for Nau and its retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commercial sales plan and target account list to establish Nau in the Territory through Outdoor and Lifestyle retail accounts
- Achieve seasonal sales sales volume and distribution targets
- Ensure proper visual and brand standards are maintained by Nau’s customers
- Work proactively and collaboratively with customers to successfully execute sales and marketing programs to drive retail sell-through
- Achieve a level of distinction with our retail partners though detailed account planning, thorough knowledge of customers’ businesses, and store service and support
- Leverage a thorough understanding of the outdoor and lifestyle industry marketplaces (competitor information, consumer insight, market penetration, etc.) to grow market share and capitalize on market opportunities
- Develop and successfully maintain cross-functional internal relationships (Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Customer Service, etc.)

Job Requirements

Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5-7years of experience as Outdoor and/or Lifestyle apparel sales representative or account manager
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals, territory growth, and delivering to deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional relationship building and management skills
- Possesses a high-level of commercial acumen, time-management, and problem-solving ability
- Thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment

Personal Characteristics:
- Active, adventurous, and passionate high achiever
- A brand ambassador who is inspired by Nau’s culture, philosophy, and commitment to making a difference
- Highly collaborative team player with a strong desire for continuous learning and developing her/his career
- Strong desire to travel and work from the road
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
